How do I connect my AL619 to the Maxi PC Suite software? It's not being recognized, so I can't update it.

     I'm trying to connect my AL619 scanner to Maxi PC Suite software, but it's not being recognized. The scanner software version is V4.71, the hardware version is V1.00, and the Maxi PC Suite version is V1.49. Please help me update my scanner.

    Hi,log in our website with your autel I'd and password than download the latest PC
    suite for your tool from your account, install the suite software on a windows computer
    that has internet access.
